US-Iran agreement amounts to 'conditional surrender', analyst says on Tucker Carlson's show The memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed by the United States after the joint US-Israeli war on Iran amounts to a "conditional surrender document", geopolitical analyst Brandon Weichert said during an appearance on political commentator Tucker Carlson's show.
