US Official Says 'High-Stakes' Iran Deal Nearly Finalized

WASHINGTON -- A senior US administration official has said the United States and Iran were very close to sealing a deal that would reopen a critical shipping route and dismantle Tehrans nuclear enrichment infrastructure.
