Vessel hit 19 nautical miles away from Oman, maritime body says A tanker was hit by an unknown projectile on Thursday while sailing about 19 nautical miles east of Oman's Khasab, the United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) agency reported on Friday. According to UKMTO, the crew were safe and no environmental impact was reported.
