Dehradun (Uttarakhand) [India], March 31 (ANI): Former Uttarakhand Chief Minister and senior Congress leader Harish Rawat on Tuesday said that the West Asia conflict and India's efforts to navigate through it will have a 'psychological impact' on the assembly elections of four states and one union territory.
