Young Palestinian killed in stabbing attack near Jerusalem checkpoint A 22-year-old Palestinian man from East Jerusalem was fatally stabbed in the occupied West Bank, according to Israeli and Palestinian emergency services. Paramedics from the Palestine Red Crescent Society transported the wounded man to the al-Za’im checkpoint outside Jerusalem, where teams from Magen David Adom took him to the hospital while attempting resuscitation. He was later pronounced dead.
