Hamas to dissolve leadership bodies in Gaza: officials Hamas is preparing to dissolve the administration that has governed the Gaza Strip for nearly twenty years, according to officials from Palestinian group. The move, which was briefed by Hamas officials to AFP, paves the way for a technocratic body made up of different Palestinian factions to take over the Gaza Strip.
