Israeli strikes in southern Lebanon kill 16, health ministry says Israeli air strikes on southern Lebanon have killed at least 16 people and wounded dozens more, according to Lebanon’s Ministry of Health. Officials said the attacks targeted the towns of Tayr Debba and Jouya.
